Injury Prevention

When playing sports, anything can happen. In order to compete at the highest levels, an athlete needs to train hard and be prepared. Whether you are prone to injuries or just want to avoid an injury in the future, our injury prevention program will help you reach your goals. At COR Sports PT, we educate and train you on specific ways you can avoid an injury or re-injury.  We teach you how an injury can happen and work with you to strengthen and condition your body to help you avoid specific injuries or decrease the severity of an injury. Each sport has its own inherent risks of injury when played, our goal is to prepare you and reduce the risks as much as possible.
